I was so pleased to find this site. I had googled David Salantai, one of my best friends growing up, and was linked to this site. It saddened me to see he has passed.
We have all changed so much over the years.
I will attempt to make the next reunion.

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great time I had last night at the 45th Class Reunion. This was my first one that I have attended, I have attended a couple of my Husband's Class reunions, My Husband and I were both very impressed with the planning by the committee, making the program very interesting. We both had alot of fun, looking forward to the next one!

Admin reply: Glad you came Michele! I think everyone had a great time - just wish we could have gotten some more to come too. Don't know the official head count, but we had around 100 classmates - with spouses and guests about 200. Anyway, GLAD you came! See you again next time.

Just wanted to take a minute and send a big hearty THANK YOU out to all of you. It has been YOUR help and inspiration that has kept this website moving along for the past three years (hopefully in a positive direction). Your help and assistance in trying to find our "lost" classmates, your suggestions and ideas for improvement, and your never-ending encouragement keeps me coming back to the computer every day to see how WE are doing. Really looking forward to seeing everyone in October...Craig and I have been living in Texas since 1993.We really miss Collinsville especially today..it is 108 degrees so I am inside staying cool and on the net.To play catch up, I have 3 sons, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and our newest addition to the empty nesters is Winston. He is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.We got him from a rescue home in Texas. He is the center of attention every day!!I manage the Hilton Garden Inn and Conference Center at Dallas/Ft Worth Airport. Craig has his Texas Insurance License and is selling for AFLAC...the duck people.

Hello everyone..I so enjoyed the last reunion..but am unable to attend 2010..One daughter is having a baby in early October and the other daughter is getting married. One in Kentucky and one in Arizona. That is enough travel for this old lady..Have a drink for me!!!

This is so great! Like other's notes our military life has taken us far from Illinois and often out of the country when reunions were held. Pictures from the past have brought back many memories and an "itch" to come up to this year's reunion. Thanks to all of you who have made this site and reunion possible.
